The foliage of dandelions make a great dish. Do you know how to cook
greens
like kale, mustard, collards? Cook dandelion greens the same way. The
small, tender ones!
/ My mother cooked a wonderful dish of wild greens -- poke, dandelion
greens, dock, and wild mustard, seasoned liberally with bacon grease or ham
fat.
