I have two varieties of stokesia. Both have broken ground and the basal
foliage is about 6" high. Buds are beginning to form.

I also bought a Stokesia last year (in about May I think). A Stokesia
Alba. It was okay all summer although it didn't do much (I bought my
mother one at the same time and hers flowered). We had a wet and mild
summer. We've also had a mild and wet winter. Mine also hasn't broken
dormancy. I keep looking but no sign of it.
