Bob,
I presume you are talking about creeping weeds rather than seeds. What
about installing the plastic edgings that you pound into the ground with
a mallet along the edge of your property? Should keep most things out if
you get it 5 or 6 inches into the ground. I've seen them in many garden
catalogues this spring.
