Hello Joanie,
Sorry, I can not recommend a source for the Platycodon Hakone White
plants. I do have quite a few of the Balloon Flowers in my garden and
collect seeds each year. They will be open pollinated and you will have to
cull alter when they bloom, but if you find no other source for the
plants... look on my web site under seeds around July or so.
There are commercial sources for the seed but the minimum order is $60 on
the people I do business with. Incidentally, the seed is easy to germinate
and sometimes you will get blooms the first year if sown early enough.
