I have recently been introduced to a liquid rooting hormone called KLM
distributed by DynaGro and, of course, I believe we are all getting familiar
with Superthrive. Does anyone know if these liquid hormones have any
advantage to the powdered. I have both and have used both.....I have also
used none--In my experience, thus far, I haven't noticed that the hormone is
actually helping me. I usually root most everything is 50/50 vermiculite and
perlite--sometimes adding alittle peat or Jungle Gro. I've been having about
90% of my cuttings root and I haven't used a hormone at all. Is the hormone
more important for the "hard to root" cuttings?
Just wanting to find out some of your experiences as I am getting ready to
take some of my summer cuttings, ie. clerodendrums.
Thanks
