That posting was forwarded by me from another list. I do not think Diana
Chapman is on this list. If you want her email address, write to me
privately. The message appeared on the bulb list which has two parts, one
free and one members only.
She later sent me a long list discussion on this plant and I was astonished
to read the descriptions of bulbs nearly impossible to find in the US. I
think there are limited sales in the spring, most being treated as container
plants. My interest was in fall and winter blooming plants. There is no
reference book giving you this information. Oxalis 3 inches wide, oxalis
fragrant, all kinds I had not seen discussed. All seem easy to grow, I have
a few and the ones that I have are very easy to grow.
