Re: seed import permits

its been a crazy year for gardening with so many mail-order nurseries  quitting and with new regulations on seed imports and the increase in shipping costs, plus the possibility of irradiating the mail. (irradiating  certain foods would save a thousand lives for each potential life saved by irradiating the mail)

Its hard to tell what's it's going to be like in 3 years.
