I appreciate all that you stated save the last shown below...
You say"if they were aware"..
But in my opinion they are aware,they have seen numerous posts confirming this to
be a reality.
How long does it take to send an email to your legislator?
No longer than it takes to post to a list..
It seems that we have developed an apathetic, 'whipped' position before we even
attempt to make a stand..
Voting is no longer considered a duty/privilage ,considering the poor turn out on
state/fed level ..So I guess it shouldnt surprize me that this issue would fall
into a similiar pattern..
