Pat: This is the one I had last year.........you guys have reminded me that
I should probably include it this winter as well.
Our rain has finally stopped - beautiful day here in Katy, Texas
today.....maybe I'll make it to a nursery or too, sure could use a good plant
'fix'.
This is also a great time of year to get great deals on perennials and sub
tropicals down here-----the nursery owners (which I also try to support the
private guys) are trying to reduce stock before winter. Last year I found a
few great deals - a red leaf Euphorbia tree (that was already 3 1/2 feet
tall) for just a buck. The more I write, the more I am talking myself into
this.
There are also great deals on Salvia's, and other summer bloomers - sometimes
just $.25 a pot!!!
