Very interesting observation . . . I bake 18-20 different kinds of cookies every fall and give them away as Christmas presents (and only the REAL ingredients - butter, sugar, chocolate, etc.). It's nice that baking time coincides with *indoor* weather. If it was warm and nice outside, I'd never bake again.

I don't know how you folks in the warmer parts of the country ever get anything done indoors. My family doesn't eat very well in the summer! If it's sunny and even marginally nice, I want to be outside in the yard!
