Re: Thermal label maker

Hal,
I choose a label that matches my text needs and wallet.

For seed packet labels I use the 30 per page size. The seed envelopes could
accomodate a larger size, but, even though Avery does make one that is
larger, but not too large, it's not in common use and therefore costs a
fortune - plus imitators don't make the ones that aren't used a lot. I end
up using 8pt skinny fonts to get all the info on the label, but I do manage.

For my pot tags, I will be attaching the labels to cut miniblinds. The
30/page would be too big as the blinds are the same width (would require too
much attention to place them perfectly). Besides, the 80 labels per page
size hold all the info I need and cost less (per label).

Chris, I believe, is making pot labels, not pot tags, meaning the label will
go ON the pot. He might want to put more detail on the label. Depending on
how much detail he intends to put on the label, he might even want to go as
big as the 10 labels per page size.

Kitty
