A-z lists O. jaburans as zones 7-11.  A friend of mine gave me a miniature O variety at one time; don't know whatever became of it. I have a nice pot of O planiscapus here that I picked up this summer. It's zone 6-11 and I'm a 5b. Hoping it will make it thru winter.

Well, I did not try seeds..seeds are inside of berries.  But looks like the same plant.  Hort A-Z doesn't tell color of berries, fruit or whatever the white things are called.  Love it romping through the Christmas ferns in the winter time.  So far the deer are not eating this one too.

Nancy, I found lots of pics of beautiful cobalt blue berries on Ophiopogon japonicus even though I specifically wrote WHITE  berries in my search, but no berries like yours...
OH - wait a minute - substitute seed for berries...

I am having a problem finding this plant's real name.  I thought it was Silver Shield Ophopogon but can't find any Ophopogon with white berries.  Got it from Bob
 Have you seen it anyway?
