Geraniums

     Hi,

Yup, cut back the geraniums and bring 'em in. I have also had good
luck just leaving some of them as is until they get used to lower
inside light and drier air. Then I clip them back when they start
getting leggy. This seems to give them a better spring growth. I have
had some geraniums for about six years.

My grandmother used to cut them back and put them in the dark basement
for the winter. She'd water them about once a month, then slowly get
them used to the light in spring. That way, her kitchen didn't look
like the jungle that mine does. I have not been all that successful
with recusitating albino geraniums (they lose their color if stored in
     the dark).

     Any other ideas out there?

     Peggy
