I'm glad you mentioned that, I was thinking about trying delphiniums but
I want to get going with something that will work for sure. I have
found out about the hybrid tea's I've had them for 3 years and have
been constantly fighting the black spot and about when I've got that
under control the deer arrive and nip all the buds, I have a Herman
Munster rose garden, I'm going to give up on them, at least move them to
the side of the house where the deer aren't as likely to go and just let
them have their own way, where I'm not looking at them constantly and
getting upset.
Here in Louisville there are a lot more options than I had in Texas and
even though the soil is rock hard it is better than what I had before.
Oh, and I agree, I could certainly live without the darn humidity, hate
that.
