Re: Gardening software revisited

Go the the website shareware.com and you can browse away. I use Planix
Photo Landscape which allows me to take pictures, scan onto my computer,
then design away. REALLY useful, because it has the 'in 5, or8, or 10
years' feature, which allows me to see what shrubs and fast growing plants
will look like.

I have yet to find good software that allows me to catagorize my plants,
with details on care, propogating, etc. So, I created my own excel
spreadsheet and keep my own log. Every time I spend a day in the garden
planting, the first thing I do after I peel off my gardening clothes is
make a hot cup of something and sit down to my computer with all the
labels, and my plant encyclopaedias, and make the entries.
