You know, I don't remember ever seeing 3' tall Snow on the Mountain.
Usually, it's used as ground cover, unless I'm thinking of something else?
Anyone?

Lisa - the plant you have in mind is AEGOPODIUM podagraria 'Variegatum'
Plants are perennials that spread under ground to form large collections.
Growing from 5" to 14" tall. Does well in shade. DO NOT LET IT REVERT BACK TO
THE GREEN FORM!!
Barb's plant is EUPHORBIA marginata - Also called "Gost Weed" This is an
annual that is native to north America growing any were from 15-40" tall.
great for cutting. Seeds need a cold period to germinate.
It is always a good idea to learn the "scientific name" too, It makes it
easier to know which plant we are talking about. It is a bit of a bother. But
in the long run it helps.
I remember that I had a very hard time with the names during my taxonomy
classes, Still have a hard time spelling them. One thing to do is every time
you come across a plant just try to remember the name and say it three times.
