I saw the blue Centurion in a British gardening magazine last year. They
looked very good, with large dense flower heads and a really good dark blue
colour. I hope they work out well for you. I'd like to try them myself, if
they can stand the cold.

Their new introduction
"Centurion" (blue and pink) are an f1 line .. only drawback is the 50
cent per seed (roughly) price. We are trialing Centurion this
summer. The first blue seedlings are just beginning to flower and the
colour seems to be a consistent pastel light blue. The spikes are as
yet very short (2 feet tall with first flowers open) and the florets very
sparse (maybe only 10 to 20 per spike). We are growing these
beside our own hybrids and hope to have enough information for a
comparison shortly. We are however breeding for different
characteristics (mostly).
