Title: Re: What is an oyster garden?
Keith, you definitely get the "most creative" award
with the salsify suggestion!
Regarding the "cloister" as opposed to
"oyster" garden, well, that is interesting! Now I am
doubting my ears. Maybe she did say "cloister"
garden. Do cloister gardens have garden beds that lead to or
converge at a water feature?
Now that's an interesting idea!
Nan
Nan, is this something you heard? Could it be possible, if you _heard_ it,
that it was "cloister garden"? Otherwise, I'm still going with Salsify,
since it used to be an important food crop in Ye Olde Europe, and was sold
in Ye Olde Markets as "oyster".
