I am wondering how this will effect seed exchanges particularly the NARGS
exchange.
Will government play"big brother" again and discourage any new plant material
from coming in. I think it should use its energy and try to prevent the
spread of damaging organisms that have been shipped through faulty federal
inspections. Some species from Asia which have been slipped through in
packing material used for imports are raking havoc. I have in mind a
particular beetle (forget the name) which has become a problem around
Chicago. I read that it slipped through because of the packing material was
not fully inspected.
I read part of the website.
Thanks
