Mine have not been a problem-but they do grow into large clumps, they bloom 
in July and then flop a little and then start reblooming until frost.

Some clumps are three feet across- I love them very much-nice large flowers 
for a CATMINT and a good blue color.

I am sure that in some places they will self seed around but I have not had 
this problem.
