Hello Diann,
Thanks for the information. As it turns out I located the Hydrangea
"Snowflake" in several catalogs. All were in small sizes, but went ahead and
ordered from a nursery in TN. Beaver Creek Nursery, 7526 Pelleaux Rd, Knoxville.
37938. Ordered 3, along with 1 each of blackhaw Viburnum and cultivar of blackhaw
named 'Royal Guard'. Requested larger sizes if he had them and received very nice
2 gallon sizes on these. From another company I ordered 3 Viburnum 'Blue Muffin".
They were planted yesterday morning just before the rains came sweeping through.
To keep this on the subject of perennials... Aconitum andrewsii is looking
great here this year along with fall blooming anemones. Barker's monkshood is in
bud and will not open for a while as yet. Blooms into December if the weather is
right. Short little A. fischerii is in bud as well. Getting reblooms on my
Clematis integrifolia.
