You would need to tell the list where you live to discuss rust. For example
rust on roses is a serious west coast problem hardly ever seen in the east.
Hollyhock rust is everywhere with lots of home remedies. Might mention which
plants as well. Wall to wall rust is unlikely, maybe you have not expected
that all end of season leaves look a bit ratty.
