Your primula is a p. japonica selection and should sown onto a moist seed medium and keeped at f 70 for three weeks, then moved to F 35 for 5 weeks.  After the cold period the temp should be raised to F 50 or so for germination.


It's important to keep the seed medium moist at all times-this is best done for me by starting the seeds in a large square pot and placing the pot in a large plastic bag.
