Hi Nannette,
Digest just means that all the messages that come through in one day come
through all in one message instead of individual messages. For example, if 10
messages are sent to the group in one day, in digest mode all 10 messages will
be listed in one message. You have to wait to receive the message until
whatever time is assigned as the cut off for the day. If you choose individual
messages you can receive the messages as they are posted to the group. There is
no difference in message content between digest and individual. It's just a
personal choice.
