Hi Gene, sorry to be so slow to respond. My computer has been down for 3
days and I'm trying to get caught up on email tonight. To answer your
question....
I grow Tricyrtis 'Togon' , Brunnera macrophylla 'Hadspen Cream', Euphorbia
robbiae, Hosta 'Francis Williams', Persicaria 'Painter's Palette', several
Pulmonarias and Geranium 'Bevan's Variety' along with an assortment of
spring ephemerals. Oh yes, Epimediums too. It flows together to make a
nice tapestry punctuated with the colors of Astilbes, Hydrangeas, and
Fuchsia magellanica. I am still tinkering, adding and subtracting as the
soil is pretty dry under the Douglas Fir trees.

Hello Marilyn,
Thanks for the back-up to several comments on S. koyame. May I ask what
you are using as companions? This species is not the most showy of plants...
Are you a fan or student of Fonzie Bear... that humor is right in there
with the Ta! Da's!. Matter of taste, indeed;-))
