Hello Ceres,
Great! Quite a day. Gwen spoke first in the symposium. She is quite a
plants person in her own right. Lots of humorous banter between husband and
wife growing same plants, having their own gardens. Panayoti spoke last for
the day. That man is a literal walking encyclopedia of rock plants... and
probably everything else as well. Travel photos where he located the plants
in nature are worth sitting in on ... great travelogue. You will enjoy your
time and the slides, never fear. What is his topic for ISU symposium?
Judy Glattstein was the other speaker besides myself. Now there is an
individual to meet and enjoy. Spellbinding speaker. She jus happened to
garden and have interest similar to my own. JoAn says I took the best slides
to date with me.
I very much enjoyed Madison, WI and all the gardeners there. Nicest
bunch of people yet while out and away from home. They ran out legs off
every day we were there. Wonderful memories and new friends.... what more
could one ask.
