I know that they make some that keep shocking when the dog is too far too
(based on a transmitter that's mounted at a central location).  You'd think
they could do something like that -- if it shocked and then the distance
from the transmitter increased, it'd keep shocking.

Oh well.  I never really liked the idea of shocking Romeo anyhow.  And he
has so much fun running!  

Maybe a small wire fence will do the trick.
