I have the perfect place for "drifts" in my front yard.... BUT, since my
soil is comprised of mainly clay/dirt/rock, do I need to add goodies to the
mix in order to plant my daffodils? If so, what do I need to add? I'm not
about to run out and purchase a load of topsoil... I was thinking more of a
sandy fill mixed with some bagged compost/topsoil mix (I can get it for .89
at the military exchange). Will this cause a problem with the King Alfred
Daffs "naturalizing"?
thanks,
