Re: OT, how to clean garden furniture

I have cleaned( and stored) some of my white plastic recliners with TSP
which i fear is outlawed in some states (Indiana being one) I think it
is not environmentally favorable. It does a pretty good job. They sure
do get terribly stained from the rain I hope the pool cleaning method
was said with tongue in cheek--if not --I don't think I would recommend
it as you may get squeaky clean lawn furniture but may end up with a rip
in your liner. Besides my pool has been closed with cover firmly in
place for over a month.

I have White Nancy Lamiums which I love and enjoy. I have several trays
of them potted up for my spring perennial plant sale. I keep them in my
potting shed all winter as I have lots sky lights and it is unheated.
they always do well--where as some plants do not over winter there
well (shasta daisy do not do well) usually I propagate them in the very
early spring.

Today I potted up some ribbon grass in 2 gallon containers. It does well
in the shed as does the 100 hosta already in there with about 50 coral
bell ect.

Are any of you potting up new plants to sell or share? If so which do
you have the best luck propagating in the fall? and which in the spring?
