Sally,
You may be a beginner but you've got the drop on me....I,too, have
Caryopteris and I like what it's doing. I just recently planted a Vitex
agnus-castus in my zone 7 flowerbed and I'm wondering how it will work
with the rest of my plants. How is yours doing?
