I think you would find it somewhere that offered traditional Chinese
imports and/or catered to an Asian clientele -- at least that's where I got
it.  A friend gave me some and directed me to a funky "Asian" 99 cent
store.  Please don't think me politically incorrect, the name on the
outside of the store is "Asian 99 cent store" -- honestly!

Other than that....  I'm really not sure and the info on the package is in
a script I can't read.

Sorry!  Maybe someone else on the list can tell us where to find it.
