Hey all,
Why are you surprised at the sudden burst of shasta daisy blooms.
Don't you remember that I lifted my curse about a month ago?
My oak trees are behaving very strangely. They dropped a zillion
green acorns in September which the squirrels wouldn't touch. I had
to rake them all up. Now that leaf raking has begun in earnest, I
haven't raked up a single brown acorn!!I don't know what the squirrels
are going to do this winter. They may have to resort to eating one
another. Since we have a real surplus of squirrels around here, maybe
this is Mother Natures way of natural selection. Meanwhile the leaf
raking goes on.
