Hydrangeas and ADENIUMS

Hi Perennial growers:
I am surprised at the heavy out of season blooming I hav ein my Hydrangeas,
including Nikko blue and the large flowered "florist's" specimens which I
have.
It is NO surprise that my ADENIUMS are blooming heavily, especially A.
obesum.
The cooler weather and autumnal equinox may have something to do with it.
Cureent highs are 85-90F but nights of 50-55.
