The only time I have heard that human hair is good in the garden is when it is
placed among (around or near) flowers to deter the animals such as rabbits who
like to feed in the garden. I tried this with pansies in pots and the cute
little rabbits did stop eating the flowers. Just a little from a comb or
brush does the trick.
