Barb,
My gut feeling is to either dig it up and replant outside or wait until
spring to dig it and replant. I don't know when your ground freezes, but if
it's soon, spring would be better.
Trying to keep it in the house may hurt more than help because I doubt that
you can provide enough light for it when it starts into growth - which it
will do much earlier than you can put it outside safely. Clematis
tolerates a lot more shade than Wisteria which absolutely has to have sun
to grow well. It will grow in the shade, but it won't bloom. I suspect
lack of sufficient sun has held yours back, although the are not hugely
fast growers when very young....just wait until it matures and the opposite
obtains!
As for Campsis, Tom Clothier has made a very interesting discovery about
getting them to bloom - mean to try it on mine next year:
