Betty:
I have also heard that marigolds deter bugs etc. The better solution I use
is
Bishop's
Weed which is similar to queen ann's lace but the leaves are varigated and
very pretty. I have planted (moved) alot around my columbines, sun glow,
hollyhocks, etc. bed and it works! Most important, the green &white works
much better with the colors in my garden as well. I read about the use of
Bishop's weed in a garden magazine.
/ But isn't Bishop's weed invasive? Maybe I'm confusing it with something
else...
