I don't think 22 pounds would cover the postage for a year's delivery of a
weekly. If the magazine is lushly produced, color photos and graphics, and
relatively small circulation and not a lot of advertising, then the cost has
to cover the manufacture also. I subscribe to a U.S. special interest weekly
magazine and it is $169 per year. So 122 pounds including overseas delivery
does not seem out of line to me.
