What's in bloom in other zones now?

We had frost here the other night in Minnesota, it knocked down the annual weeds pretty good but the perennials are still growing strong-plants that are flowering now are few but there are some including:

Sedums- five or so varieties look very well right now including "Autumn Joy" -- reddish.
"Frosty Morn" -- with large white heads
"Matron "- just about done for the year but the leaves look greet and there are few soft pinkish red flowers.
"Brilliant" is just great with good sized dark rose flowers-outstanding in the sun-not so good in the shader parts.
"Bertram Anderson" is still going strong with its dark purple leaves and stems toped off with purple-pink flowers on the ends of sprawling stems.
"Meteor" and "Neon" look very nice too but I have a hard time telling them apart -- good rose-reddish pink flowers, large heads on nice compact clumps.

Solidago sphacelata 'Golden Fleece' -- attractive with its long wiry stems covered with bright gold flowers-all are native golden rods are done. This species has large Basel leaves -- I like it very much along with showy golden rod which is much taller-growing to 4 feet and having a large flat top of yellow gold flowers and its just finishing up blooming now.

Tricyrtis X hybrid 'Sinome' and Tricyrtis X hybrid 'Sinome'  are just starting to bloom in the shade gardens.

A number of the spiderworts are still at it but one that I really like is "Sweet Kate" with bright gold foliage and good sized dark purple-blue flowers a real winner.  Nice strong growing plants, if you like spiderworts or gold foliage you have to give this one a try.

Another plant that I just love is phlox paniculata "Becky Towe" just outstanding with its large salmon colored flowers, a different color in Phlox's and the leaves are large with gold edges on new leaves that turn a creamy gold as they mature- mine have been blooming for the last 5 weeks. Just outstanding.

the physostegia are doing very well this year.

the turtle heads are flowering well but not an outstanding year-

Viola "Purple Showers is still blooming its little head off- I love this viola along with viola Corsica which is still blooming with its large flowers over small plants.

I have a achillea millefolium hybrid in production that has purplish-wine red flowers that is still blooming very well, a number of the seed raised plants are still in flower after being dead headed a month ago.

The asters are doing very well- I need more of these.  A few that are very showy include: A.duosus "wood's Light Blue" and "Woods Purple" my plants were eaten a few times off by the pesky rabbits this year and are nice tight short clumps just covered with flowers.

Aster "Purple Dome" is just starting and is always a real treat late in the year.

Cordydalis lutea ( wrong name but do not have the time to find right spelling) is always in bloom.

Dianthus deltoides "Arctic fire" is bloom well with its white flowers and red eye zones-nice carpeting plants with a very long blooming period if kept deadheaded.

The Echinacea "Kim's Mopehead" is still blooming and this a a real winner too with white flowers, the petals are held out flat and have a nice notched feel to their ends-my plants are young so they are only 12-15 inches tall, next year they will be 18-22 inches tall. This is a great shorter growing form of purple cone flower.

The grasses look very nice this year-for the fall garden you have to have the grasses- I will not list the ones I Iike- just to keep this post with in reason.

a couple of the Hosta are still blooming- the best one right now is "Fall bouquet"

lamium "Orchid Frost" looks very choice right now with its white-silver leaves forming large thick carping drifts on the ground with purple-orchid pink flowers mixed in amongst the leaves.

A few of the Penstemn still are flowering along with the Russian sages.

Rudbeckia "Herbstone" is blooming still with yellow flowers-this year the plants were huge, growing over 8 feet tall and they have been in bloom for the last 5 weeks.  Another tall plant I could not be without-though its done blooming now is Silphium perfoliatum -- plants grew 8 feet tall and produced over 400 flowers each.  The large perfolate leaves are very interesing to me.
