Re: dead rhubarb was: fried clematis


Hmmm, Pat, that might be what killed my R. palmatum.  I grew it from
seed and it was looking so grand; was thinking it was time to find a
home for it in the garden and in one day it collapsed and was gone:-(
 I was NOT pleased.  This has now happened to me three times.  They
germinate, they grow, they look like they are happy as all get out
and they die fast.
