Don't be envious, Isabelle, Feb. is too early for things to wake up
IMO...just too long for them to have to be in the g.h. before I can
put them outside safely.

I should think - even given you're so much farther north than I -
that you could certainly put things into your "construction" in April
or May.  Depending on your night temps then, you may want to harden
them off to the new conditions a bit instead of just moving them.  

I'd suggest building your "construction" and getting one of those
thermometers that records high/low temperatures and seeing what
happens in there for a week before you move plants into it.  You will
likely need some type of ventilation, even if it is chilly, to move
air - a box fan will do it.
