Saturday I had the opportunity to hear Colsten Burrell speak. Didn't know
whether he would speak on perennial combinations or wildflowers, both
subjects of his books. Well, neither as he chose to speak on design. He,of
course, is a pre-eminent landscape design business operating out of Virginia.
Well, using two projectors, the presentation was one of the best I've ever
been privy to. Go if you get the chance!
Related is a Question I have regarding the false hellebore Veratrum viride.
Not mentioned by Burrell in his talk, but in his book and a recent newspaper
column, I wonder if anyone has any experience propa gating and /or growing
this moisture loving plant?
