I have not had any seeds, but my guess is that I have not had two different 
(clones) plants bloom at the same time for cross pollination.

My poor variegated Brunnera died last winter along with a number of other 
Brunnera.  The plants of 'Jack Frost' I had planted in the ground in a row on 25 
were covered with a thick mulch of leaves and they made it all right but did 
not flower.

I doubt they would come true from seeds, but this is just a guess.
