All too aware.  :)

Our network connection totally died.  It turns out that the wires
had been chewed through by squirrels for a complete two blocks,
so SBC had to run totally new lines and install new boxes.  They
just finished about five minutes ago.

I haven't heard anything about mine yet.  Tell Mark that I apologize for
not following through with him.  Life got crazier and I dropped the ball on
a lot of stuff.

I look forward to being customer-free in a few months.  It'll really
give me a chance to focus and maybe start enjoying myself a little.
