Bud hardiness is usually listed in detailed descriptions of azalea.
does not do you any good to have a azalea if it will never bloom in your
area due tender buds. Descriptions on bloom times may vary... couple of
years settling in a garden they can adapt bloom times to meet the zone they
are in. I watch this happen to azalea I get from a friend in NC.
