never heard of it before Liv's post. Kind of want it now - like I have the time/money/room for it...
Cheryl - who would much rather be trying to horn in one more plant than the housework and errands.
I sure would be interested in seeing how other gardeners have fared with this perennial as well. I ordered a tray of 72 wholesale, transplanted to 4 inch containers... what did not die is still in those containers 3 or 4 years later. I have read all kinds of contradictory care information. Any practical information out there? Gene E. Bush Munchkin Nursery & Gardens,LLC www.munchkinnursery.com Garden Writer - Photographer - Lecturer -----Original Message----- From: owner-perennials@hort.net [o*@hort.net] On Behalf Of lil tovey Has anyone grown Mukdenia "Crimson Fans"? Its a woodland plant - mine has been in 3 years and while its foliage is pretty if you get close it sure isn't increasing in size at all. Will it always be a tiny guy? do I need to give it a more prominent place? Its in regular soil, nothing special.
