Hi Don,

I usually mix my own; then I can do an IPA quick-dip or use a 
powdered rooting hormone (in talc) at whatever concentration I
need.

I haven't done it for a few years, but let me know if you need
more info.

Having said that, some online searches turned up papers that
recommended 500 mg/L IBA concentrations for Passiflora (>90% 
success rate).
