Rob, there is a discussion group on compost and they are a great resources.
Send a message to listproc@listproc.wsu.edu  and in the subject line, type
SUBSCRIBE COMPOST Rob Smith

It's a digest, so you only get it when there are enough messages and they
discuss everything from home composting to industrial composting, slow
composting to vermicompost, etc.  I subscribed for several months and
learned quite a bit, even though I had already been composting for many
years!
