gloriosa daisies

this certainly sounds like a plant for me! Could someone please tell me the
botanical name, and a source for the seeds? Also I'm in zone 8/Pacific NW,
would it be better for me to direct seed, and if so when? Or should I start
inside? Any other suggestions for fairly easy to grow perennials from seed
also appreciated!
