Hi Renata, Herbicides kill vegetation, not grubs or insects, so don't use
one in your perennial bed. Have you seen grubs in your beds? If you know
for sure you have grubs, there is a non chemical product that is available
to kill Japanese beetle grubs. But wouldn't the most effective way to solve
your problem be to trap the mole(s) that is making a mess of your garden?
