Texas Grand Prairie for Sale


A credible source notified me that a good example of the Texas Grand
Prairie is on the market.  This 45 acre remnant is part of a 400 acre
prairie that has been subdivided.  It adjoins an 80 acre prairie tract,
50 acres of which are under conservation easement.  The prairie is
little bluestem dominated with big blue and Indiangrass common.  Tract
is west of Waco, near Crawford.  Tract is being marketed by owner. 
Price is unknown, but a range of 1k-2k per acre is not uncommon for the
